"I see myself in the role of facilitating employees to be able to function optimally and in this way provide the utmost added value to our students. I also find it important to keep, together with our employees, our eyes on the outside world: which developments take place and how can we capitalize on them in Higher Vocational Education. How can we ensure that we prepare our students in an optimal fashion for the professional field, that is our reason of existence. I think it is of the utmost importance that we do IT together in an atmosphere in which tutors, auxiliary staff and students can feel at home".
